Water fun in Taveuni! Trying to find the Lake and the Flower!
Three little Fijian beauties!

When you mail anything here. You are given a bottle of glue and stamps as Elder Noble demonstrates.

Our post office in Taveuni.

The stamps are beautiful and entertaining as you glue them to your package and continually press down until the glue drys.

After our recent rainfall, natural waterfalls instantly appeared.

Flowers are budding and in splendid bloom, as summer comes to our garden Island.

Such variety everywhere.

I love this Photo! Fiji is so incredibly beautiful.

Soqoli Village

Smiles are immediately given to everyone.

Somosomo Primary prepares for their Sacrament Presentation. Once a year the children sing, speak, and share gospel messages they have learned over the past year. This usually happens in October in every Branch and ward in the church all over the world.

This is what we call a 'mango baby'. He loves the taste of fresh mango's right off the tree. We can't blame him , they are pretty tasty.

Somosomo Relief Society Sister are amazing . When the sing together they sound like Angels. Everyone sings Acapella, in beautiful harmony. It is a treat to be around them!

This family was baptized about 4 months ago. They are absolutely golden. A term we use for someone who was ready and waiting to hear about the Gospel of
Jesus Christ. Love this Family!

Back to the water slides, we have some real experts...

We enjoyed watching them and hearing the constant laughter!

Does this look like like someone you know?

This stream had several tires in it. It unfortunate that recycling hasn't caught on here yet!

We tried to go to the top of the mountain to find the Lake and the Tagimoucha Flower. We saw some beautiful sites. The fog was too thick at the top today ,we did not find the lake.

We climbed as high as we could to get a better vantage view.

We found two satellite towers on the top go the mountain , but no lake. We hope to have a guide next time we try this.

Elder Noble was not pleased that we did not find the Lake!!!!

But we did find the tower!

As did many spiders close by.

The shades in the ocean shows where the coral reefs are.

The view is sensational.

Elder Tera found a "dinosaur bone".He thinks it  may have been a cannibal victim..

Elder Jonutz , Elder Vermeeren, and Elder Barnaby. Elder Barnaby thought today was close to being in Jurassic Park!

A great view of Waiyevo. The Holy Cross College is in this village.

Back in time for the internet.

The internet shop is full on Mondays, thanks to our Elders.

Mother and Daughters are beautiful all over the world.

Washing rugby uniforms. It is neat to se 20 pair of soccer shorts on the line!
