The Ranama Family!

Some neighbour frogs stop to watch the dancing.

The court lights help the dancing continue a little later in the evening.

Of course cinnamon buns are a great treat!  This week over 250 have been shared on Taveuni!

Our Primary preparation meeting that we have every month, really help in teaching our children about the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Our children are all precious to our Heavenly Father!

Some of our dancing young men enjoy a lunch break.

Elder Vitiaria has the wonderful privilege of baptizing his mother this weekend!

This beauty is only nine and is the best Branch chorister you can imagine. Her rhythm and love of the hymns is amazing!

We have choreographers from Suva here to teach the dance to the youth for three days.

By day three we have 36 youth practising the dance and two couples that will chaperone will accompany them.

They had so much fun together and learned so fast!

Many little siblings watch and tried to dance too!

Sweta sits with Shania, who will teach the youth the dance.

Shania is so fun . The youth loved her immediately!

When Shania leaves, Sweta will help practice with the youth until they leave on the boat to Suva on the 19th of February!

What an Awesome group!

They all make the T for Taveuni!

Sister Maiwiriwiri hosts the choreographers at her home.

Moses also came to help . and gives a thank you hug to Sister Maiwiriwiri!

It was touching to hear her speak to us and bare her testimony today. We Love her!

Oops another flat tire. Our Vuna Young men quickly came to the rescue.

Sepo's mom told us that Sepo does his own laundry, when we tried to apologize for the dirt on his white shirt after climbing under our truck! He was proud that he would use this skill when he is old enough to serve his mission.

There will be three children baptized today. This 13 year old boy is one. He is so eager to be a member of the church.

President Alafi will be his branch president.

Two little eight year old girls are also being baptized today. Across our island there are seven baptisms today.

  1. This brings tears to my eyes. I'm so happy Elder Dunn was able to stay on Taveuni to baptize sweet Amani. What a great moment that must've been for them.
