Fiji Fun
Elder Jonutz with Elder Amisone visiting families.

Sister Lesuma .

Somosomo primary class demonstrate the importance of following the "Iron Rod".
Hanging on tightly to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

J.J. Maiwiriwiri is eight years old . He was baptized today!

Sister Fanene and Sister Malito are happy to witness his baptism.

Sister Fanene sang a beautiful song for him.

Elder Amisone and Elder Afatasi joined us for the baptism too!

Friends and family too!

It is a special day for J.J.

A happy friend gets fish for supper.

And coconuts too!

Magnificent trees.

This is baby Angela, pronounced "angle-a" She is baby number nine in the family.

She is a little sweetheart!

This is Joji pronounced, "Cho-chi" he has just finished completing his mission papers today. He will know in about a month where he will be serving his mission.

A new baby born last night to a Somosomo Branch sister. The little baby girl is not named yet.

She was happy to have Sister Fanene and Sister Malito visit her in the Hospital.

This is our little island hospital.

This boy was in the dental office at the hospital.

It was fun to watch kayaker's in the ocean.

We were blessed to deliver a new walker to  Jone Niuafoou.

President Ranama is pleased he can come to church again.

Missionaries love P-Day!

Elder Dunn has moves!

The Elders and Sisters enjoy time together....

They have admirers who enjoy time with them too!

Elder Dunn and Elder Mclean carry in the Branch orders.

Another wonderful deliver to Nanise Tulia.......

She has no feet..

She immediately pulled herself over to the chair...

Her family helped her into the chair...

This is an event she and her family had been praying for for a long time!

What a joy to be part of such great events.

Her family is so happy she will be able to move around with them!

She was so grateful! We loved her immediately!

A special district meeting.... Sister Malito's last one with us!

We related flying to the gospel....Making paper airplanes "with and without preparation"

Taking a "Flight" with a prepared pilot.

Enjoying lovely tributes to Sister Malito.

Remembering  fun times with her.....

With tokens of those memories.....

Surprising her.....

Bringing tears to her eyes...

Then supplying the tissue!

She bore testimony of  how her Love for the Saviour had increased as she served.

We are so grateful to have had such a sweet wonderful sister here with us in Taveuni!

Elder Vermeeren, Sister Fanene, Sister Malito, and Sister Vermeeren.

Of course we had a special lunch.

Our Best Wishes go with her as she continues on lifes journey.

Sister Lona Fisher is also leaving Taveuni to attend School in Suva. We have learned to love this lovely young lady. We appreciate all the lessons she has taught for us, the continual help and love she has show us. She will be missed.
