The first day of school is finished!
Sunshine here we come!
The school bus takes the children home.
Dad is coming home from work too!
Dusk settles on Taveuni!
These moms wait for the bus to deliver their children home.
It's fun to relax again after the day is done.
Saturday is the day to wash your horses....
The horses seem happy to be in the cool water.
They are glad to be clean and off to another week on Taveuni!
This group have beautiful singing voices. They let me listen in to their practice.
Elder Dunn, Elder Mclean and Elder Afatasi.
Walking to the caves.
Elder Afatasi walks through the tropical Forest.
There is lots of petrified wood in the forest.
We enter the Caves.
There is moss everywhere. It is very moist and dark.
Elder Dunn and Elder Mclean prepare to go further into the caves.
The Elders with their flashlights, will discover crevices that take them to bat filled dark caves.
A little muddier, but happy Elders after crawling through the cave tunnels!
Then off to the Cziep"s , a couple from Idaho that have a recreation home on Taveuni .
Elder Mclean wears a special tie his mom made.
Lunch out with the Elders.
