As Somosomo school had their Monday morning assembly, we arrived with Dr. Nielson and his wife Ann.
Everyone filled in a paper with their name ,date , and ages.
Today Elder Roberts and Elder Amisone were our assistants.
It was Elder Roberts 19th Birthday, all the children sang to him!
He helped the children focus on the eye chart..
Dr. Nielson was busy with 254 eye check ups today!
We Loved Dr. Nielson and his wife, Ann immediately. They made the children feel special.
So many adults and children were blessed by their visit!
Elder Amisone was pleased to help out!
It was exciting to wait for your turn and peek....
The teachers too, were able to have their eyes checked.
Ann was able to cool off in a sudden little rain shower!
That night at our district meeting, Elder Roberts enjoyed a Birthday treat!

Today in Matei , Dr. Neilson had about 185 eye exams to do!

After the bell rings again they put their clean brushes into empty pop bottle to use the next day.
The glasses are carefully polished for each patient.
So exciting!
