Taveuni gets rain and wind from Cyclone Zena...unfortunately Nadia area was flooded..

Everything grows on our garden Island....We were told "even metal grows in Taveuni!"

The Australian army stay in tents near Wyniyako..

Delivering more water Barrels...

LDS Charities water barrels have blessed the lives of many, as drought conditions continue in Vuna and Navakawau areas....

This little three year old said she wants to be Sister Vermeeren when she grows up!

The children still find places to enjoy each others company...

Taveuni Happenings...
Monthly Primary preparations meetings make a difference.....

Sharing ideas and creating plans make teaching easier....

What precious little ones we have to enjoy....

The village boys were delighted to help...

Our missionaries are up bright and early to leave for Zone conference....

We gathered at our home for breakfast before they left....

and perhaps a few cookies...

Everyone helped prepare....

our sister's are great cooks...

Then off to the boat...

So excited for another wonderful uplifting zone conference...

Next to deliver a new water tank to Lovonivonu.....

The tank was loaded into the back of the truck...

it was secured on the back of the truck...

Tomorrow it will be connected to it's platform ready to fill with water...
