Not what we are having for supper tonight...

So many young men and women from the islands serve missions . Right now about 25 missionaries are out from just our district of Taveuni, Rambi and Vanua Levu islands and we are not even a Stake yet. There are three zones in this district and our zone had 14 baptisms last month.

May 5th

From Repairs to Baking Cookies all in a weeks work......

This table is made of pressed coconuts. It is woven together with leather .

This is the church farm in Qeleni. The people are taught to plant, care for and save the seeds .

May 3 2015

Thankyou to all for your kind thoughts and prayers on our behalf as my mother passed away...We are grafeful for your support. It is hard to believe she is gone so soon after our leaving...

We recently had a district conference here. Our district is Taveuni island, Rambi island and Vanua Levu

At the Mission Home  when we had our training in Suva . Our Mission president on the first row in the middle, President and Sister Layton. His councillors and their wives on either side of him.  The back row are Senior Missionaries working with missionaries and members from different islands .
